How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to have your order engraved and despatched within 7 working days. If your order cannot be supplied within 7 working days, we will keep you fully informed so that deadlines can be met.
International orders will take approx 3-5 days from date of despatch.

How much will it cost to deliver my order in the UK?
Your order will be depatched by a next day insured courier costing between £6.00 and £20.00 (with the exception of the Highlands and Islands which will be sent by Registered post)
The postage charge will be displayed on the checkout page as you progress through the site.
We aim to keep our postal charges as competitive as possible and do not aim to profit fron the costs of postage and packing.
Since the disruption caused from the Royal Mail dispute, we have transferred all deliveries (excluding Highlands and Islands) to a next day courier service operated by Business Post.

Your order will be depatched by Business Post.
Prices are dependent on the country you are ordering from.
All our products are individually weighed and your postal charges are calculated on the total weight. This will be displayed on the checkout page as you progress through the site.

Will the parcel require a signature?
Yes. All our parcels are despatched with a tracking number and require a signature on delivery. We cannot specify a time of delivery and therefore many customers choose to take delivery at a work address or another address where someone can sign for your parcel during working hours. This can be specified during the checkout process.
